Jason Bell - Owner / Expert Trainer

Jason has recently moved to the USA from Sydney, Australia and is now permanently living in beautiful Portland, OR.
Having a degree in Exercise & Sports Science from The University of Sydney and over 5 years experience working in the Fitness Industry as a fully qualified Personal Trainer, Jason is now taking his expert skills, knowledge and passion for health & fitness and has recently opened a new exciting fitness business "Waterfront Fitness" right here in Portland.
Jason has been involved with sports all his life from a very young age, his father being a high-school Physical Education Teacher has influenced Jason's love for all things sports and fitness. Soccer being Jason's number #1 sport of choice and has seen Jason represent both his State and University & also play at the semi-professional level in Australia. He has an open love for the sport and has also had much experience being involved with soccer coaching academies and the development of upcoming players.

Stephanie
Stephanie has extensive experience in multiple training disciplines, a certified trainer with NSCA-CPT and has also completed her Combine 360 certification. Stephanie's experience includes teaching GroupX fitness classes, personal training and also coaching competitive athletic teams such as volleyball, track and softball. Stephanie is a very active person and also loves spending time with her dogs & hiking.
Her mission as a trainer: "Commitment to providing safe, effective exercise programs that will enable you to see real results in the shortest amount of time possible and guide you to attain a state of overall health and well-being. I believe that working through physical challenges, strengthens not only your muscles, but also your resolve to conquer everyday stresses, which leads to an elevated quality of life. Sadie
Sadie recently completed her undergrad at Seattle Pacific University, earning two degrees, a BS in Exercise Science and a BA in Physical Education. During that time, Sadie spent four years as a student-athlete competing as a collegiate gymnast. After graduating, Sadie spent time coaching gymnastics (USAG certified) and working at a fitness club in the Seattle area. Recently Sadie received her Masters of Arts in Teaching from Western Oregon University with certification in K-12 Physical Education.
Sadie is a strong advocate for life-long fitness and enjoys trying out new types of physical activities and sharing those with the athletes she coaches and clients she trains.
Jeremy
Jeremy comes to us from San Francisco where he enjoyed taking fitness outdoors and seeing the best the city had to offer. Jeremy is a NFPT and NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He has led many people to reach their fitness goals through personal training, TRX suspension training and boot camp group fitness. He has experience working with individuals, groups, and classes. He offers expertise, fun workouts, and always has an awesome attitude. Jeremy specializes in weight loss and functional training, focused on accomplishing individual's fitness goals through dynamic, cross-disciplinary exercise and fitness regiments. He gained his health and fitness knowledge and foundation as a college athlete playing baseball. Jeremy enjoys taking his boxer, Ruby, on runs along the Willamette waterfront, hooking his TRX up just about anywhere and getting a good workout, and rooting for his home team the SF Giants.

Bevin
Bevin Victoria believes in the untapped potential of the human body and that through the medium of individualized fitness that potential can be reached. She currently holds certifications as a Personal Trainer (W.I.T.S.), Competitive Gymnastics Coach (USAG), is a Black Belt and a Kukkiwon member enabling her to teach Tae Kwon Do. Her background includes 17 years of gymnastics- 5 of which were competitive, 6 years studying Tae Kwon Do under Grandmaster Tea Choi Hong, and 6 years of competitive and professional Dance. Because of her athletic background she specializes in Core training, lower back injury prevention and strengthening, Functional flexibility training, and Sport Conditioning for all levels, athletes and non-athletes alike.
Bevin Victoria brings a fresh, alternative, and exciting approach to one on one training and Group Fitness.
Lizzie
Lizzie has been certified as a personal trainer through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2009. She also has a BS in Kinesiology (Exercise Science) from the University of Southern California. Lizzie spent three years as a student athletic trainer for USC's varsity football team (2006-2009) and one season with the varsity women's water polo team. She trained elite collegiate athletes and worked with some of the best trainers, physical therapists and fitness experts in the country. After graduating, Lizzie began working as a personal trainer at Equinox, an elite gym in Los Angeles, CA. She completed the Equinox Fitness Institute Curriculum (150 hours) as well as specific training in Kettlebells, TRX, Functional Movement Screening, and more… Lizzie loves watching, playing, coaching, and even studying sports and fitness.
